IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This AlphaPay Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you (either an individual or a single entity) and Alpha-XP for the AlphaPay software
libraries, including all related components, documentation, and updates ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Alpha-XP grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to:
   - Use the compiled Software libraries in your applications
   - Distribute the Software libraries as part of your applications

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   - Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
   - Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
   - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
   - Redistribute the Software as a standalone package
   - Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
   - Use the Software in any unlawful manner

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Alpha-XP retains all right, title, and interest
   in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. NO SOURCE CODE
   This license does NOT grant access to source code. The Software is provided in
   compiled binary form only.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHA-XP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
   SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically
   without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
