Usage

  • Install nuget package

    nuget install shellpower.iisconfig -outputdirectory packages
    
  • Create new file getting-started.ps1 with the following content

    
    # dot source the script
    . packages\bin\iisconfig.ps1
    
    # add a web application to an existing website
    Add-WebApplicationToWebSite -siteName "Default Web Site" `
        -webappName "api" `
        -webappPath "C:\inetpub\api"
    
  • Run .\getting-started.ps1
