ScriptHelper is a small and simple set of helper methods to allow easy Javascript and CSS inclusion
into web pages including file combination, JS/CSS minification and dotLess support. In addition, CSS and JS scripts can be given
logical/grouped names that express dependencies and include all dependencies in the page with combination, minification
and de-duplication if scripts are includded multiple times.
