This update contains important enhancements from v1.0.2.0.
1) Silverlight is no longer supported. This was to make compatibility with Xamarin Forms easier.
2) The Measurement Class has been Depriciate and will soon be removed.
- It has been replace with seperate Temperature, Volume and Mass classes.
- This was done to increase scalability.

* v1.0.5.0 is also now set for Profile 111 with additional Targets:
portable-win+net45+wp80+win81+wpa81+MonoAndroid10+Xamarin.iOS10+xamarinmac20
