       }

2. Add Service,

   builder.Services.AddDbContext<AppTestContext>();
   

3. Then implement package to your repostiroyDal class and interfaces,

   {
   }
   

   and,

    public class VideoDal : EfRepositoryBase<Video, AppTestContext>, IVideoDal
    {
    }
