KEZIMA DYNAMICS COMMUNITY SOFTWARE LICENSES

These license terms are an agreement between you and KEZIMA dynamics UG (haftungsbeschränkt) - hereinafter called KEZIMA dynamics. They apply to the software named above.

IF YOU COMPLY WITH THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS BELOW.

1. USE RIGHTS

a. Individual Developer License Community Edition

If you are an individual working on your own applications to sell or for any other purpose, you may use or embed the software into your applications.

b. Organization License Community Edition

If you are an organization, your employees may use the software as follows:

• Any number of your developers may embed the software into your applications released under open source software licenses.
• Any number of your developers may use the software to develop extensions to DokuExtractor.
• Any number of your developers may use or embed the software into your applications, if you are an educational or a research institution.
• If none of the above apply and you are also not an enterprise with more than 5 employees or more than 500.000 USD in annual revenues, then up to 5 of your individual developers can use or embed the software into your applications.
• If you are an enterprise with more than 5 employees or more than 500.000 USD in annual revenues, you have to register at https://dokuextractor.com and obtain a license according to the current pricing structure.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. KEZIMA dynamics reserves all other rights.

3. VALIDITY

A license is defined as the right to use the software for a certain period. If a license has been expired and you want to still use DokuExtractor, you have to renew your license for one year or obtain a lifetime license. The lifetime license is valid for an indefinite period. A license includes the access to future updates, advanced support and prioritized feature requests. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED “AS-IS.” YOU BEAR THE RISK OF USING IT. KEZIMA DYNAMICS GIVES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS, KEZIMA DYNAMCIS EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES

YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY DAMAGES FROM KEZIMA DYNAMICS, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
