Version 1.2.6: I implemented IDisposable.
     Version 1.2.4 and Version 1.2.5: These changes were applicable only to the .Net Core version, but I am trying to keep the versions in sync.
     Verion 1.2.3: I made some changes for handling numbers over 256 with the default Shuffler.
   It has been so long since I worked on this project, I forgot there is also a LargeNumberShuffler.
