Add Class Generate Phone

The CellPhone and Phone methods have an optional configuration parameter that defines whether the number generation will be with formatting characters or not. The default is true, if you want to generate without formatting, pass the value false with parameter:

generator. Phone() // (00) 0000-0000
generator. Phone(true) // (00) 0000-0000
generator. Phone(false) // 00 00000000
