Fixing minor issues found during Flyleaf's update (for streaming)

- It wouldn't process TrackersPath on loaded session
- It wouldn't process SleepMode back to Auto
- Options seperating live changes while running with not allowed ones / that require restart
- Delay issue with StartTrackers (was not using threading)
