It doesn't work after the May 10, 2019 update

This is a prerelease version of ApplicationTile.
The owner has unlisted this package. This could mean that the package is deprecated, has security vulnerabilities or shouldn't be used anymore.

NuGet\Install-Package ApplicationTile -Version 1.0.1-alpha
This command is intended to be used within the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio, as it uses the NuGet module's version of Install-Package.

For projects that support PackageReference, copy this XML node into the project file to reference the package.

Create project as Net 4.5 (for example), install ApplicationTile, change to Net 4.0 and back to Net 4.5 - now u can compiles.
 --- If you do not do this, the code will not work ---

For console app u need to set [STAThread].
