Moved Data Log, Log Cleanup, RawList Removal GC Bugfixes
#CHANGE: Renamed DataLogOutput to InMemoryLogOutput.
#CHANGE: There is no longer a default in-memory log in Duality. Instead, the editor application now hosts one.
#CHANGE: LogEntry is now a struct and used for representing log entries in general, not just as part of data logs.
#CHANGE: Split up Log into one file per class.
#FIX: When removing the last sequence of elements from a RawList, the elements are now reset to their default value to clean up references that might prevent GC.
